Burundi PB Nimu Silas
A lively, complex, and clean coffee from the Burundian smallholder farmers located in Kayanza region. It's a tasty single origin that features a full body with balanced flavors. Notes of sweet sugar and honey mark the front of this roast, with fruity and floral notes finishing the sip. Peaberries are a natural mutation that make up roughly 5% of production. Instead of two developed seeds forming in the cherry a Peaberry has just one smaller oval shaped seed. This dense single seed is often characterized by increased complexity in the cup – perhaps a result of its denser and smaller physical makeup. Expect condensed flavors of dark berries and orange chocolate with a lingering finish.
