Colombia Guadelupe #2

It's no secret that we love coffee from Colombia. This is our second time ordering from this farm. This coffee stood out because of its sweetness and silky smooth mouthfeel. It has moderately high acidity and a real delicate flavor profile. It has pronounced stone fruit and red currant notes. Floral but well structured. This is one of the sweetest varietal that we have had from Colombia. Enjoyable via a variety of brew methods, but try a pourover to get the most out of this coffee's brighter notes!

Shipping: All of our coffees are roasted to order and shipped as whole beans. We roast early in the week and ship out the following day. Any orders received by Thursday - Sunday will be sent out the following Tuesday. Orders are roasted based on demand.
